【Healthy Vegetarian】Vegetarians are more young than meat eaters. Doctors have vegetarian diets for 10 years and have never had any blood and hyperlipidemia

Many people have tried to donate blood, but few have heard of donating ingredients. Ingredient blood is divided into blood stagnant, platelets and red blood cells after high-speed rotation. Blood donors can choose to donate blood, platelets, or both. Other blood components such as red blood cells will be transported back to the donor by the instrument. Blood donors can donate blood as soon as once a week to help more people.

As a regular blood donor and vegetarian, I have always wondered why my plasma is light yellow while the plasma of others around me is as greasy as chicken soup. Do other people have hyperlipidemia problems? Recently I finally found the answer in a documentary.

In the film, three young men conduct clinical experiments. They are all non-vegetarians. On the first day of the experiment, only vegetarian food was allowed, and on the second day, they ate traditional American omnivorous food (including meat, French fries, and pizza). Two nights later, a small amount of blood was drawn and put into a centrifuge to determine the clarity of the plasma. Three people were found to have significantly clearer blood after a day of vegetarian food than on the day of meat.

At this time, I deeply understood why vegetarians have younger blood vessels than meat eaters. Because if blood vessels are soaked in greasy blood every day, they will inevitably harden and narrow. Which part of the body can be spared? Heart disease, stroke and kidney failure naturally follow.

For the sake of all organs in the body, it’s time to start a vegetarian diet. Of course, if you are able to donate blood, it is also self-interested and altruistic.

I have been a vegetarian for more than ten years, and my blood has been used by the Red Cross. I have never had any problems with anemia or high blood lipids. Actual combat has proven that vegetarianism does have a benign effect on the body.
