I have never had a particular awareness of health. Previously, I had no discomfort in my breasts. However, the company had employees promoting the opportunity to try a breast imaging test. Fortunately, they detected a tumor. At that time, I was so scared that I didn't know what to do. Thankfully, Dr. Hui explained everything carefully, and the tissue extraction was very good and completely painless. Several nurses continuously comforted and took care of me, allowing me to complete the examination quickly. Even better, I found out that the tumor was benign, which lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! This examination truly made me understand the importance of health check-ups; at any age, there is a chance for various hidden ailments. I personally went to HKAI to experience a breast 3D mammogram (3D Mammography) and ultrasound. I felt that the staff were very professional, attentive, and polite. Overall, I didn't feel awkward at all.
During the ultrasound, the doctor noticed an irregular shadow on the left side and immediately suggested I get a biopsy. While waiting for the biopsy, I was very nervous, anxious, and scared 😖, but the staff at HKAI were truly very professional. They continually reassured me and explained the entire procedure, which made me feel very at ease. I felt really comforted at that moment.
All the preparations before the biopsy were done very carefully and professionally, and the care and politeness of the team made me feel more relaxed during the process. Although it was a bit painful, the concern from the staff outweighed my discomfort.
