【斷食瘦身】16/8斷食法有效修身改善脂肪肝 減肥貼士:選擇進食早午兩餐

Due to work relationships, I get fatty liver disease every day. In Hong Kong and other developing countries, problems with excessive severe and fatty liver are very common. Dieting is the main solution. However, over the rapid weight loss course, I cannot persist for many times, and my weight often quickly reverses.

16-8的節食是每天只在早上至中午的八小時進食,其餘的十六小時只飲低卡路里的流質,如植物奶或水。換句話講,每天只吃早餐和午餐兩餐。

我及身邊朋友試過這方法,一週可減二至四磅。兩個月減十多磅是輕而易舉之事。如成功減重後,可改為晚上輕食。要注意的是,肌肉也會有所流失。所以需要做負重運動以保持線條健美。

由於從早餐和午餐已經得到足夠的能量,絕對不會影響工作的表現。如黃昏時感到飢餓,可多喝溫水及提早至十時左右睡眠。飢餓感不難被超越。也有朋友為爭取與家人或朋友見面的機會,而只吃早餐和晚餐。其瘦身較果也非常顯著。

但是從身體機能來說,身體早上處理血糖能力會較晚上為佳,所以我會建議選擇進食早午兩餐。如果成功瘦身,脂肪肝也可回復正常。
