Hong Kong’s first paperless imaging centre
HKAI is the first to implement paperless operations by substituting conventional film-based medical reports with pioneering cloud storage for medical films. Patients can obtain their medical images and reports from QR Code via their email. It is a more environmentally friendly and convenient way for both patients and doctors. Patients can retrieve their medical reports at any moment for future medical needs, without the worry that the film will become mouldy or blurred over time.

Yes, Hong Kong Advanced Imaging (HKAI) is licensed by the Department of Health as a Day Medical Centre (defined as premises where medical procedures are carried out on patients by registered medical practitioners or registered dentists, and where patients do not stay continuously for more than 12 hours and are discharged on the same day).
Hong Kong Advanced Imaging (HKAI) features a pioneering cloud storage system for medical images. After the examination, patients will receive a personal QR code to view or download their medical images and reports online.
