Ultrasound Examination Guide

一、登記文件 | Registration Documents

• 請攜帶醫生轉介信正本及香港身份證正本登記。
• 內地人士請出示有效通行證或護照。
• 不接受影印本或手機照片。
• Please bring the original doctor’s referral letter and HKID card for registration.
• Mainland visitors should present a valid travel document or passport.
• Photocopies or mobile photos are not accepted.

二、報到時間 | Check-in Time

• 請於預約時間前 30 分鐘 抵達中心辦理報到及檢查前準備。
• Please arrive at the centre 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration and preparation.

三、個人物品 | Personal Belongings

• 檢查前請移除所有飾物及隨身金屬物品（如手錶、戒指、項鍊、耳環、髮夾等），並妥善保管個人物品。
• Please remove all jewelry and metallic items (watches, rings, necklaces, earrings, hair accessories, etc.) before the examination and keep your personal belongings safely.

四、一般注意事項 | General Instructions

• 本說明僅列出常見注意事項，未涵蓋所有潛在風險或併發症。
• 若需個別醫療建議或進一步說明，請向本中心醫護人員或轉介醫生查詢。
• This leaflet lists common preparation guidelines and does not cover all possible risks or complications.
• For personalised advice or medical information, please consult our staff or your referring doctor.

五、全腹部或上腹部超聲檢查

Liver / Upper Abdomen / Full Abdomen Ultrasound

• 若檢查範圍包括膽囊、膽管或上腹部，請於檢查前 4 小時禁食（已切除膽囊者除外）。
• 檢查前避免飲用乳製品、牛奶、奶茶或咖啡（已切除膽囊者除外）。
• 除醫生處方藥物外，只可少量飲水。
• 長期服藥者請依醫生指示持續服用；如有疑問，請事先詢問醫生。
• If your scan includes the biliary system (liver, gallbladder, or upper abdomen), please fast for 4 hours before the examination (except for patients who have had gallbladder removal).
• Avoid consuming dairy products, milk, milk tea, or coffee before the scan (except post‑cholecystectomy patients).
• You may drink small amounts of water and continue prescribed medication as directed by your doctor.

六、含膀胱之超聲檢查

Pelvic / Bladder / Prostate / Abdominal with Bladder Ultrasound

• 請於檢查前約 30 分鐘 開始飲用充足清水，使膀胱充盈。
• 若有排尿困難或醫生另有特別指示，請於預約時告知醫護人員。
• Please start drinking plenty of water 30 minutes before the examination to ensure a full bladder.
• If you have difficulty in urination or special instructions from your doctor, please inform our staff when booking.

七、穿刺抽取或抽液（若適用）

Ultrasound-Guided Aspiration / Biopsy (If Applicable)

• 抽針範圍、方式及針具類型將由醫生依據您的既往報告及影像資料決定。
• 請務必提供 最近三個月內 之相關醫療報告或影像資料作為評估依據。
• 若無法提供或醫生認為需進一步即場評估，本中心可能需進行補充超聲檢查並收取相應費用。
• 為確保安全，本中心保留根據臨床情況即場延後或取消抽針程序的權利。
• The site, method, and type of needle will be determined by the attending doctor based on previous reports and imaging.
• Please bring relevant medical reports and imaging performed within the past 3 months.
• If unavailable, an additional ultrasound evaluation may be required and charged accordingly.
• For safety reasons, the centre reserves the right to postpone or cancel the biopsy procedure if clinically necessary.

八、其他提醒 | Additional Notes

• 若您有用藥情況、過敏史、慢性病或其他特殊狀況，請於預約或到診時通知醫護人員。
• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or medication concerns, please inform our staff during booking or upon arrival.
